🔹 Care allowance (monthly):
Grade I – CZK 880
Grade II – CZK 4,400
Grade III – CZK 12,800
Grade IV – CZK 19,200
(For children or institutionalized persons, amounts may differ.)
🔹 Mobility allowance:
CZK 550 per month, for persons with limited mobility needing transport
🔹 Special aid allowance:
Up to CZK 400,000 one-time, based on individual need

These allowances are not only for “home care”. You can use them to cover:
compensation for a caregiver (family member or professional)
personal assistance services
day or weekly care centers
