Named contracts under the Czech Civil Code

According to Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (the Civil Code), the following types of contracts are explicitly defined:

Innominate (non-specified) contracts

In addition to named contracts, the Czech Civil Code allows for freely negotiated (sui generis) contracts tailored to individual needs (§ 1(2) of the Civil Code).
