My goal is to provide legal services for a pre-agreed and fair prices. I always seek a solution that is accessible for the client while fully corresponding to the quality of the services I provide.
I do not offer legal services as “time worked”, bus as a good solution to a specific problem.
My fee therefore does not reflect time alone, but above all:
- depth of experience in the relevant area,
- ability to quick identify risks,
- design of a functional legal strategy,
- responsibility for the final outcome.
The fact that a solution is often ready sooner is not a coincidence- it means I know what I am doing.

For most legal services such I offer fixed rates so you know the cost in advance.
___ Hourly Rate ___
My hourly rate, which primarily reglets my level of professional experience, working method, and responsibility fot the outcome, ranges from CZK 3,500 to CZK 4,500 (excluding VAT), depending on the specific matter and area of specialization.
Thanks to long-term specialization and an efficient way of working, I am able to resolve many matters significantly faster than is usual – without compromising on quality.
The client therefore does not pay for the number of hours spent, but for a fast, well considered, and functional solution to their situation.
Please note that a low hourly rate, which clients sometimes expect, often results in longer proceedings, more steps, and greater uncertainty.
My work is priced so that the client receives the right solution as soon as possible – not as late as possible.

For long-term cooperation (especially for business), I offer monthly retainers tailored to your needs.
